Meet Your Trainer

Hey! I’m Tanisha a Pre and Post Natal Specialist in Basingstoke. I am a Mum of 1 to my gorgeous baby boy Otis who I had in 2022.

I created FitMamaClub to encourage Mama’s to workout whilst having fun WITH YOUR LITTLE ONE!

Having the experience and knowledge training throughout my whole pregnancy and after, my classes are designed to build your deep core and pelvic floor muscles as well as targeting the whole body through various different workouts
