Fit Mama Club is a 50 minute workout targeting the whole body! We start with working on your deep core muscles helping strengthen your pelvic floor after pregnancy. Up next is the full body workout using accessories and bodyweight exercises

Classes run every Monday at 10am & 11am & on Friday’s at 10am. We have added to the timetable our new class ‘HOT MAMA’ every Wednesday at 10am.

Hot Mama like our other classes works on the deep core muscles but this time is followed by circuit training!!

Limited spaces available - our classes has a maximum of 12 Mama’s

Fit Mama Club is a growing community where we have a private Facebook group for all members. Each month we have social to get all the Mums and Babies together outside working out.

Kettlebell Fitness - Did you know, I also run a ladies only Kettlebell Fitness class for an hour every Monday at 6:30pm (please note this class is no children) Please drop me a message if you would like more details.

  • You will need to wait at least 6 weeks post pregnancy after having the all clear from your GP

    8-10 weeks after a C section

  • Indoor classes are up to 3 years old

  • Of course, the more the merrier!

  • Unfortunately FitMamaClub does not offer any refunds or transfers

  • It will either get rescheduled to another day or a video will be sent out to you

  • Yes of course you can! FitMamaClub is a relaxed friendly environment

  • Suitable clothing ready to workout in. Leggings/shorts sports bra, vests whatever you feel comfortable in which is not restricting any movement to workout. Please make sure to wear appropriate shoes also.
