There is so much advice out there about postpartum exercise, are you following the correct advice?

Don’t rush, it is recommended you wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth and until your postnatal check up with your GP for the go ahead before you get back into high impact exercise or joining our mum and baby class

  • I take on clients from 6 weeks when you have had the all clear from your GP

  • Usually after 8-10 weeks, again you will need to be given the all clear from your GP

  • Start off with deep core exercises before doing any crunches. Lay down the foundations first then progress.

  • Of course you can!! Start with the basics first and the rest will come!

  • 24 hours after birth! That’s right mamas! Of course that is the last thing in your mind after birth, but it’s great to start as soon as you feel up to it.

  • NO!! Put that waist trainer down! Get working out mama the results will show for themselves with determination and consistency. You can do it!
