    Before starting the 12 week programme with T I was low in confidence and felt like I was getting nowhere by myself. With a few simple and in-expensive pieces of equipment, I was able to complete the workouts at home, when baby was asleep. All the exercises were explained with videos which were super helpful and with each week the intensity increased so I never felt like it was easy. 

    At the 6 week check in I was amazed at my weight loss and the progress pictures gave me such a confidence boost. Now at the 12 week mark I feel stronger and fitter than I did pre-pregnancy. 

    Throughout the whole process T was so supportive and encouraging and I felt like she had my back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her programme to any new mammas out there!
